pre-loved jewels

Pre-loved jewels come with a past.  They have their own quirks and sass, which is why we love them!  They are not brand new but oh how they sparkle!  Every piece has been acquired because of its unique nature.   The condition of our jewelley is in the best second hand condition but will have some wear.  Detailed notes to the best of our ability, are on the website for each jewel.  Each piece has been appraised by a gemologist before we choose it and most items listed, will also come with an ID certification from GemLab NZ too.

ring
re-sizing

If the ring you have fallen in love with, isn’t in your size, please get in touch, most rings can be re-sized up or down  2-3 ring sizes, depending on the setting.  Please get in touch for costs.  Allow around 7 working days for this service.

customs
& import duties

If you an overseas customer, please check import duties within your country before purchase.  Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

laybuys
& holds

No problems!   Laybuys are available for items $500 and over.  You can reserve a special piece with a non re-fundable 20% deposit, we can arrange the remaining payments over a 3 month period after receipt of deposit.

Jewels can be reserved for 24 hrs without a deposit.  After 24 hrs the hold will be released.

Refunds are not available on Laybuys.

packaging & gift wrapping

All pieces are wrapped carefully for safe passage! 

Please select the gift wrapping option in the cart, if required. 

Receipts will be sent via email.

returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns for any reason on non- sale item and non re-sized items. 

Please email within 3 days of receiving the item to start the return process.  Return items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the item. 

The product needs to returned in the same condition and secure packaging it was received in.  Return shipping costs, tracking & insurances are the responsibility of buyer.  A refund will be made (minus shipping costs)  once the item has been safety received in the same condition it was shipped.  Please mark the return courier with RETURNED GOODS.

Our jewels are packaged securely to arrive in a safe condition.    All orders will be couriered out with insurance, track & trace numbers and signature required deliveries.  All safe & sound!  Shipping is free within NZ.   Please contact me for shipping costs if outside NZ.

Given the current covid situation, shipping times are experiencing delays worldwide, shipping may take longer than expected.  If you are an international customer, please check import duties & taxes which be added on, in your country.  These costs are not covered by Dead Gorgeous.
